Communicating With Our Clients

 

 

 

We communicate with all of our clients on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to know our clients professionally as well as personally. We do this by getting to know their favorite hobbies, interests, their families, and careers. We speak with everyone on a monthly or quarterly basis, whichever they prefer.

During those contacts, we discuss what is happening in their lives that might be affecting their investment objectives, while letting them know how their accounts are performing.

We also conduct an in-person annual review with all of our clients, showing them how they’ve done and proactively seeking what is involved in their financial lives in all aspects, so adjustments can be made.

For example, if one of our clients is collecting an inheritance, or getting a divorce, or perhaps selling a real estate property, they might have concerns about what to do with the proceeds or how their finances will be impacted.

By communicating with them on a regular basis, we are able to provide our clients with the objective advice that they need, and are able to successfully implement our strategies.
