Our Manager Selection Process

We hire outside, independent money management firms with proven, long-term track records and personalized service.

We like those money managers who outperform their respective indexes with less risk, and achieve exactly what they set out to do. If the manager underperforms or drifts from its style after a reasonable period of time, we are not afraid to recommend a manager change.

What sets us apart even further is that we perform our own strict due diligence by meeting with the managers and assessing the principles of each firm we work with. We look them in the eye and listen to their buy and sell process. If we like the manager and are ready to introduce them to a potential client, we arrange face-to-face meetings with the client and the manager.

This allows the client to directly meet the person or team who will be managing their money, creating a higher level of comfort, and allows flexibility in portfolio management. Adding to the personalized attention, service, and performance, enabling the client to meet with the manager allows the manager to know whose money they will be managing.
